Following the initial dream of bringing the Center to life, Al Naeem City Center development team ensured that its development would be in the line with overall focus and vision of the emirates itself. The development strides Ras Al Khaimah has made over the past few years signaled increased demand for services in the fields of leisure, entertainment and retail; accountable mostly to the steady population growth in the emirate throughout recent years. Upon conducting feasibility studies for the mall, the development team quickly discovered that 75% of the current Ras Al khaimah population is within the target age that the development team had envisioned for the Center. Location was always going to be paramount with a significant increase in the number of people renting property in ALDHAIT area of Ras Al Khaimah, supported by other indicators of the area’s popularity, it was the natural choice for the new Center. The seamless combination of all these elements ensured that the initial vision of a mall to serve Ras Al Khaimah quickly transformed from being a dream into reality .
